About Leon R. Fultz

Leon R. Fultz, 67, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021. He was born on Feb. 24, 1953, a son of the late Lloyd and Louella (Shaffer) Fultz.

On July 10, 1971 he married Barbara (Gill) Fultz who survives. Leon attended West Snyder High school, Beaver Springs, PA. After school he served in the Navy from 1973-1977. Earlier in life he did work as a mechanic and road construction and eventually worked at Wood Mode in Kreamer until his retirement in 2017. Mr. Fultz was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Troxelville. PA.

In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, restoring his Plymouth Roadrunner, and fishing. He was instrumental in the ballfield project in Beaver Springs and was an avid fan of military history. Leon spent many years coaching and mentoring youth softball players. However, he loved spending time with his family the most.
