Our History

Leon Fultz passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 67, from COVID-19. In an effort to honor him, his service to the community, and his involvement in youth sports, the Leon Fultz Foundation for Youth was incorporated on February 2, 2021.

The Board of Directors first met in April 2021 and began planning fundraising and community projects.

The Leon Fultz Foundation for Youth was launched publicly on August 7, 2021 at a Celebration of Life Cookout that was held to honor Leon's love of grilling and entertaining friends and family.
