Meet the Board of Directors
Jorden A. Bruner
Jorden is the granddaughter of Leon and Barb Fultz. She graduated from Susquehanna University with a bachelor's in strategic communications. She currently works in marketing for the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union. She resides in Middleburg, PA with her husband, Ross Bruner, and two dogs, Nellie and Wesson. Jorden is currently the Foundation's Treasurer.
Ross Bruner
Ross is the grandson-in-law of Leon and Barb Fultz. He graduated from SUN Area Technical Institute and currently works as a foreman for Advanced Concrete Systems, Inc.
Dylan Erb
Dylan is the grandson of Leon and Barbara Fultz. He grew up in Snyder County, PA where he graduated from Midd-West High School, SUN Area Technical Institute for Computer and Networking Technology. He currently employed with Cole's Hardware in Mifflinburg, PA as Assistant Manager.
Jarrett Erb
Jarrett is the son of Steve and Katrina Erb. He was born and raised in Central PA. Jarrett was an avid baseball player and his Grandparents, Leon and Barb, seldom missed a game! Jarrett attended Sun Area Vo-tech where he majored in carpentry. Jarrett is currently employed with Cam Shaffer Carpentry as their Lead Project Estimator.
Kaitlynn Erb
Kaitlynn is the youngest grandchild to Leon and Barb Fultz. She has lived in Beavertown, PA, her entire life. Growing up she was on multiple different softball teams, some of which Leon helped coach. Whether he was coaching or not, Leon and Barb always made an effort to support her in all her activities. Kaitlynn currently chairs the Foundation's Programming Committee.
Katrina D. Erb
Katrina is the daughter of Leon and Barb Fultz. She was raised in Central PA, where she currently resides. She is married to Steve and is a mother of 4 children, Jorden, Dylan, Jarrett, and Kaitlynn. Katrina attended Luzerne County Community College and Chamberlain School of Nursing. She has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and works as a travel nurse. Katrina is currently the Foundation's Secretary and Chair of the Development Committee.
Steve Erb
Steve is the son of the late Orvis and Violet Erb. He was raised in Central PA, where he currently resides. Steve is a son-in-law to Leon and Barb Fultz. Steve is married to Katrina and father to Jorden, Dylan, Jarrett, and Kaitlynn. Steve is currently an employee at Wiand Farms.
Barbara A. Fultz
Barbara is a Beaver Springs native. She worked at several factories in the area, ending her career at Wood Mode, where she and Leon both retired in February, 2017. She and Leon were married for 49 1/2 years before his passing. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, knitting and crocheting, and going to the Silver Sneakers program at the Middlecreek Area Community Center. Barb is currently serving as the Foundations Vice-President.
Shawn L. Fultz
Shawn is Leon & Barbara Fultz's son. He grew up in Snyder County, PA then attended Pennsylvania State University (Mont Alto and main campus), the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine (MD), University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health (MPH), and American University Washington College of Law (JD). Shawn currently lives in Washington, DC where he works on health policy for the federal government. Shawn is currently the Foundation's President.
Loni Kline
Loni is a Snyder County native, currently residing in Beavertown with her husband, Doug, and son, Payton. She is a graduate of Juniata College (BA), University of Phoenix (MHA) and the American College for Financial Services (CAP®). She is the Senior Vice President for College Relations and Chief Philanthropy Officer at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Loni is a volunteer pitching coach in Synder County, and cherishes that her first ever pitching student was Leon's granddaughter, Jorden Bailey.
Douglas Reich
Doug attended West Snyder High School in Beaver Springs. He is the father of four. (Sadly one child died in infancy.) He has worked at Beaver Motors as the Parts Manager for the past 8 years. Prior to that, he worked at Middleburg Auto Parts and B & R Farm Equipment. Doug knew Leon for over 20 years, sharing a love of softball and Mopar muscle cars. Doug has coached for 26 years, 23 of which have been exclusively girls softball. He has coached town ball teams, high school teams, and travel teams. He is an avid hunter with water fowl being one of his favorite prey.
H. Michael Nguyen
Mike was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Northern Virginia. He received a Bachelors of Music from James Madison University. He currently resides in Arlington, VA with his dog, Lincoln. Mike works for an international development non-profit providing market research and business intelligence.
